What was the highlight of Thistle Trafalgar Square
Good
Great location, right between Trafalgar square and Piccadilly Circus. Staff was friendly and check-in and check-out was easy.
The cleaning lady threw out my lens case and lense fluid. She must have thought I had checked out. Although my bad was still in the room. So I had to go out late at night and buy a new one. That was annoying. It can happen, of course. Still, it was wasn't ideal.

Overall enjoyable trip
Property in excellent location . Clean and comfortable beds.
Only disappointment was attitude of staff in restaurant in afternoon We had booked table but change over of staff and personnel not very helpful and order wrong . Later staff were excellent as well as the reception team .

What was the highlight of Thistle Trafalgar Square
Excellent stay! This hotel always delivers.
This is not my first time at this hotel so this says already a lot. The rooms are extremely comfortable and large compared to other hotels in Central London. The location is great as everything is near and walking distance. Breakfast is very good and staff extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend it and it won't be my last time here for sure.
It's something very small but during breakfast, only full-fat milk or semi-skimmed milk is offered. I only have skimmed or other types of milk such as oat. So it wasn't ideal and I remained without coffee. Apart from that, the only time I had coffee, it was terrible. It's a small thing but I think it can be improved.

What was the highlight of Thistle Trafalgar Square
A good one night stay
The location is good, very central. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. We didn't stay for breakfast as we had an early start but the breakfast has always been good when I have stayed before.
The room could have been a little quieter as the lorries reversing in the next door lane could be heard when it was quiet but that is difficult to achieve in the middle of a city.
